AI Models
Choose between Fast and Quality AI models for your conversations.
Goodterm offers two AI models so you can pick the right balance between speed and depth for each conversation.
Fast Model
The Fast model gives you quick, responsive answers. It is available on all tiers, including the Free plan, so everyone can use the AI Chat right away.
This model works well for straightforward questions, quick lookups in your knowledge base, and everyday conversations where speed matters most.
Quality Model
The Quality model takes a bit more time but delivers more thorough, nuanced responses. It is especially useful for complex topics, in-depth analysis, or when you want the AI to draw connections across many of your records.
The Quality model requires a Plus or Pro subscription.
Switching Models
You can switch between models at any time using the model selector in the chat toolbar. Your choice applies to the current conversation, so you can use Fast for one chat and Quality for another.
Setting a Default
If you prefer one model over the other, you can set your default in Settings. New conversations will start with your chosen model automatically. You can still switch models for individual chats whenever you like.
