Pinning Chats

Pin important conversations to keep them at the top of your chat list. This is great for ongoing discussions or chats you want to revisit often. Click the pin action on any chat to toggle it.

Archiving Chats

When a conversation has served its purpose but you want to keep it around, archive it. Archived chats move out of your main list but remain fully searchable and accessible through the archive filter.

Deleting Chats

If you no longer need a conversation, you can delete it. Deleted chats enter a 30-day soft-delete period — during that time, you can still restore them. After 30 days, they are permanently removed.

Copying a Chat Transcript

Want to save or share a conversation outside of Goodterm? Use the copy transcript action to copy the entire chat to your clipboard as formatted text. You can then paste it into a document, email, or wherever you need it.

Regenerating the Chat Title

Goodterm automatically generates a title for each chat. If the title does not quite capture the conversation, you can regenerate it — the AI will create a new title based on the full conversation content.

Bulk Actions

Need to organize several chats at once? Use multi-select to pick multiple conversations, then apply actions like pin, archive, or delete in one step.
