Text Search
Search your records and chats by keywords and text content.
The quickest way to find something in Goodterm is the search bar at the top of the sidebar. Type a few words and your results appear instantly.
How It Works
The search bar is always visible at the top of the sidebar. Start typing to search across your records or chats, depending on which tab you have active. Results update as you type, so you often find what you need after just a few characters.
The search looks through both titles and content, so you do not need to remember the exact title of a record to find it.
Searching Records vs. Chats
The search applies to whichever tab is currently active:
- Records tab — searches across all your records
- Chats tab — searches across all your conversations
Switch tabs to search in the other area.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Press Enter to submit your search
- Press Escape or click the X button to clear the search and return to the full list
Going Deeper
