Filters & Sorting

Filter and sort your records and chats to find what you need.

When your knowledge base grows, filters and sorting help you narrow down your list to exactly what you are looking for.

Filter by Status

Open the filter dropdown in the sidebar to filter by status. The available filters depend on whether you are in the Records or Chats tab:

  • Pinned — show only items you have pinned
  • Archived — show items you have archived
  • Shared — show records that have been shared (records only)

You can combine filters with a text search to narrow results even further.

Sorting Options

Use the sort control to change how your list is ordered. You can sort by:

  • Created date — when the item was first created
  • Modified date — when the item was last updated
  • Title — alphabetical order

Each sort option can be toggled between ascending and descending order.

Date Range Filter

Need to find something from a specific time period? The date range filter lets you set a start and end date. Only items created within that range will appear in your list.

This is particularly useful when you remember roughly when you wrote something but cannot recall the exact title or keywords.

Combining Filters

All filters work together. You can search for a keyword, filter by pinned status, sort by modified date, and set a date range — all at the same time. This makes it easy to slice through even a large knowledge base and find exactly what you need.
