Audio Messages
Record voice messages that get automatically transcribed into text.
Sometimes it is easier to speak than to type. Goodterm lets you record audio messages directly in the chat, and the AI transcribes them into text automatically.
Recording a Message
Click the microphone button in the chat input area to start recording. Speak your message naturally, then stop the recording when you are done. The audio is sent to the AI for transcription and appears as a regular text message in the conversation.
The AI then responds to your transcribed message just like it would to any typed message.
Transcription Language
By default, the transcription uses your configured language. If you want to speak in a different language, you can change the transcription language in your AI settings. This is helpful if you work with knowledge in multiple languages.
Tips for Good Results
- Speak clearly and at a natural pace
- Minimize background noise when possible
- Longer messages work just as well as short ones
