Getting Started Guide
Key Concepts
The Three Panels
- Left sidebar — Your main navigation. It has two tabs: Records and Chats. Switch between them to browse your knowledge or your conversations. There's a search bar at the top to quickly find what you're looking for.
- Main area — The editor. This is where you read and write records, or where your chat conversations play out. It takes up most of the screen, so you can focus on what matters.
- Right sidebar — The context panel. It shows additional information depending on what you're working on. You can toggle it open or closed whenever you need more space.
Navigation
At the bottom of the left sidebar, you'll find the user menu. From there, you can access your account settings, preferences, and this help documentation.
