Start Your First Chat
Have your first AI conversation grounded in your knowledge.
The AI Chat is where your knowledge comes alive. You can have conversations with an AI that draws from your records to give you thoughtful, contextual answers — powered by Google Gemini.
Start a Chat from the Sidebar
Switch to the Chats tab in the left sidebar and click the + button to start a new conversation. Type your message at the bottom and hit send. The AI will respond, drawing on your records for context.
Even with just a few records, you'll notice the AI referencing your knowledge instead of giving generic answers. The more you write, the better the conversations become.
Start a Chat from Records
There's another way to kick things off: select one or more records in the sidebar and choose Start Chat. This tells the AI to focus on those specific records, so the conversation is grounded in exactly the knowledge you want to discuss.
This is great when you want to explore a topic in depth, ask follow-up questions about something you've written, or connect ideas across multiple records.
How the AI Uses Your Knowledge
When you chat, the AI doesn't just search for keywords in your records. It understands the meaning of your content through semantic search, finding relevant knowledge even when you phrase your question differently than how you originally wrote it.
