Understand the subscription tiers and manage your billing.
Goodterm offers three subscription tiers so you can choose the plan that fits your needs. Every account starts on the Free plan.
Available Plans
Free — The default plan for every account. You get access to all core features with basic usage limits. No credit card required.
Plus — For users who need more room. Plus gives you 10x the limits of the Free plan, so you can work with more records, chats, and AI interactions.
Pro — For power users. Pro provides 25x the limits of the Free plan, giving you the most capacity for heavy usage.
All plans include the same features — the difference is in how much you can use them.
Upgrading Your Plan
Open the subscription dialog from the user menu. Select the plan you want and follow the steps. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
Managing Your Subscription
After subscribing, you can manage your billing details — update your payment method, view invoices, or change your plan — through the Stripe billing portal. You can access it from the subscription dialog.
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. After that, your account moves back to the Free plan.
Reactivating
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription from the subscription dialog at any time. If you reactivate before the current billing period ends, your plan continues without interruption.
