Your Profile
Manage your handle, display name, and about section.
Your profile is how you appear in Goodterm. You can customize it at any time from the account dialog.
Opening the Account Dialog
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the user menu, then select your account settings. The account dialog shows your current profile information and lets you edit it.
Your Handle
Your handle is your unique username, shown as @yourname. It identifies your account across Goodterm. You choose your handle when you sign up, and you can change it later in the account dialog.
Keep in mind that handles must be unique — if someone else already has the one you want, you will need to pick a different one.
Display Name
Your display name is the name shown alongside your handle. Unlike your handle, it does not need to be unique. You can set it to your real name, a nickname, or anything you like.
About
The about section lets you add a short bio or description to your profile. You have up to 500 characters to tell others a bit about yourself or what you use Goodterm for. This field is entirely optional.
